Two's company, three's a crowd

Synopsis:
Simon Garret wakes up on his father's boat with no memory and a gunshot wound in his side. He then realizes that he is trapped on this boat with his "old friend" Tom Medwin. The body of Lilith, the girl that Simon was in love with, is lying on the floor between them. Tom pretends to help Simon, but Simon doesn't trust him. Who is responsible for all this? What should they do now? Should they work together or against each other?
